Physician-led software for independent practices

Clinical Software,Made to Measure

01 / BUILT AROUND YOUR PRACTICECLINICAL SOFTWARE · MADE TO MEASURE

Bespoke EMRs, connected workflows and healthcare IT consulting, built around your independent practice. Led by a practicing physician who builds clinical software from the work of care.

One architectural foundation, shaped around three different kinds of work. Perennial connects the longitudinal story to AI, quarterly plans and clinical writing. ThirdRock supports shared cases, notes and team follow-through. Lehara explores consistent operations across a clinic network.

Perennial OS

Longitudinal context. Longevity health optimization.

The priority
Connect the patient’s health story over time to support longevity and health optimization.
How MisuraWorks responds
Source-linked Studio AI, annual strategy and 12-week plans, clinical note writing and document ingestion connect the patient’s story to the next quarter of care.

ThirdRockMD EMR

Continuity across providers, every day.

The priority
Maintain continuity through the daily care workflow among multiple providers.
How MisuraWorks responds
Active cases, assigned clinicians, structured notes and shared patient tasks keep daily care connected. Explore the handoff context, edit a SOAP note and add the next task.

Lehara OS1

Consistent operations across clinics and teams.

The priority
Coordinate multiple clinics, physicians and associated professional staff around consistent operations.
How MisuraWorks responds
For this imagined concept, a network overview connects multiple clinic workspaces, physician and staff onboarding, readiness milestones and shared playbooks. Explore how each site puts common standards into practice.

Built around the care relationship

We support you.
You care for them.

Technology should give clinicians clearer context, smoother workflows and more room for the patient. That relationship is the point of everything we build.

Who we build for

The clinician

Your judgment.
Your way of practicing.

Why it matters

The patient

Your attention.
Their individual care.

Our role

Thoughtful technology

Tailored EMRs · Visit preparation · Connected workflows

We put clinicians first, so they can put patients first.

What guides the work

A clearer role
for technology.

01

Support your
judgment.

AI can organize records and draft visit preparation, with sources visible for review. It does not make clinical decisions or sign notes for you.

02

Work with
your rhythm.

Understand how your team delivers care. Shape the tools around that work, with fewer unnecessary steps.

03

Make room
for attention.

Look closely at repeated entry, scattered information and handoffs. Design for less friction and more continuity.

Who’s behind the work

A physician’s perspective.
A builder’s responsibility.

Allan Mottram, MD
Founder · MisuraWorks

MisuraWorks grew from my work at Perennial Longevity Medicine and the development of Perennial OS. The starting point was my own practice: the patient’s story, the work between visits, and the information I needed in the room.

Perennial OS is our founding clinical implementation. It gives this work a practical starting point—and each new practice brings different needs.

MisuraWorks brings that experience to bespoke development, healthcare IT consulting and a reusable software foundation. Perennial Longevity Medicine remains a separate clinical practice.

How we work

First, we spend time
in your world.

Good software begins with a close reading of your practice. We measure where time is lost, understand what needs to fit, and tailor the build around the people doing the work.

01 / Understand

Meet the people.
See the work.

Onsite interviews with clinicians, care teams and front-office staff. We follow a day in the practice and listen for what makes good care harder.

02 / Assess

Map the workflow.

Trace scheduling, preparation, documentation and follow-up. Identify repeated entry, missing context and handoffs without a clear owner.

03 / Make

Build it together.

Turn a specific friction point into a working prototype. Your team tries real-world scenarios with synthetic records and helps shape the next iteration.

04 / Refine

Make it fit.

Validate the workflow, plan the rollout and support training. Keep refining around how the practice actually works.

Before we build

Practical questions.
Clear starting points.

Do I need to replace my EMR?

No. We can scope tools around your existing EMR or explore a tailored replacement. The assessment determines which approach fits your practice and what your current vendor allows.

How do you approach HIPAA and a BAA?

Security responsibilities, access controls, hosting and any required business associate agreements must be addressed for the specific engagement before patient data is connected. This public demo uses synthetic records and does not establish compliance for a production deployment.

Who owns the data and the software?

Data rights, export access and exit arrangements belong in the written agreement. Software licensing, reusable platform IP and client-specific development are scoped separately. Those terms are agreed before a build begins.

Can you migrate records and connect labs, eRx or billing?

We assess exports, data quality, vendor APIs and integration requirements before promising a migration or connection. Labs, e-prescribing and billing are scoped individually; availability depends on the vendors and approvals involved.

What does an engagement cost, and how long does it take?

We start by defining the work. An engagement may combine an implementation fee, software licensing and support, plus separately scoped custom development. Pricing, milestones and timeline follow the assessment; there is no single package or fixed timeline for every practice.

Who supports the system after go-live?

Ongoing maintenance and development continuity are part of the intended offer. We agree on support ownership, coverage, response expectations and training in the engagement scope before launch.
